Payment by Check

At the moment we do not have a way for you to directly pay for orders by check. However, we do have a way for you to add credit to your account using checks and money orders. Once the credit is added, you can purchase anything on our site.

To add credit to your account with checks, please have the following:

1. Be sure to have an active with us account in good standing.

2. A check for the amount of credit you want to add. Make the check out to "Kpopheaven.com". (Minimum amount is $25. Maximum amount is $500. Any amount greater or lower than that will be shredded and discarded.)

3. A letter containing your full name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. This letter should be typed out and printed on a computer to avoid any confusion. The email and phone number are especially important as we need them to reference your account and contact you if there are issues. If you have multiple email accounts, please provide us with the one that your KpopHeaven account is attached to. (If we have questions and cannot contact you, we will destroy your check.)

4. Send the check and letter to the following address

How long will it take for the credit to be added?

It usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days for mail to reach us. Depending on the type of check you send us, it will take 2-5 business days for it to clear into our bank account. After it has cleared, we will deposit store credit into your account within 24 hours. In total this process takes anywhere from 5 business days to two weeks. For international customers, you should add another week to the processing time.
