Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with a KpopHeaven purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are free when you use the Merchandise Return label included in your order.We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

When you return your purchase to KpopHeaven by mail within 14 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card or Paypal account for the price of the item(s).

If we receive your item(s) within 15-30 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a KpopHeaven Gift Card, eGift Certificate, online store credit or if a promotional code was used, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).

Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned.

Returns received after 14 days may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the returned item's sale price at KpopHeaven's discretion which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

You will receive store credit for the cost of return shipping up to a maximum of five (5) US dollars per order for damaged or defective items.

Returnable Items: As part of the detailed product information about each product, we indicate whether or not it is eligible for return. For an item to be eligible for return, the item must have been marked as returnable on our site at the time of purchase. Items marked as non-returnable may not be returned at any time.

Music, Movies, and DVDs Returns: These items can only be returned if they are still in their original plastic wrap.

Beauty Items purchased from us are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unused and in new condition.

Bulk Orders: Order for a quantity of three (3) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please open a support ticket with any questions you may have.

Special Offers & Promotions: If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.

Limited Items: Items categorized as Limited are not returnable for refund or exchange as these items are rare due to limited print or production.

Damaged Items: We will be happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order. In some cases, we may request that you send the damaged/defective items back to us, while in other cases we will request that you dispose of the items appropriately. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective items until you have spoken with a Customer Care Specialist.
